Jessie is an LA-based writer-director with roots in theatre and 13 years working in the tech industry. Her storytelling spans genres, unified by an exploration of the pangs and struggles of being an outsider— through the lens of complex female protagonists.

Her original pilot, DARK STATE, a Final Draft Big Break Finalist, explores a dystopian future through the eyes of three grieving women.

Jessie has studied  improv and sketch at Upright Citizens Brigade, which was instrumental in finding collaborators for her web series, IT GIRLS, based on her own experience in IT Support while moonlighting in a punk band.  ​
